Daren Hardesty

Title: Associate Advisor
Credentials: Series 65 Securities License
Family: I am blessed to be married to my wife, Morgan, and together we have 3 beautiful children – 1 boy and 2 girls. Our oldest is our boy is 3 and his name is Bridger; our middle girl is 2 and her name is Elliott; and our youngest girl is 7 months old and her name is Wesley.
Fun Fact: My family is extremely blessed but very predictable. Our time is mostly spent on wrangling toddlers which is about as exciting and terrifying as it gets.
My Role: My primary role at FEG is to serve as Joe Clark’s associate advisor. I am the first point of contact for many of the families we serve – this includes scheduling meetings, answering questions, or any other day to day needs a family may have. I am responsible for post-meeting follow ups and making sure our tasks are completed in a timely manner. I work closely with our paraplanners to verify all documentation is collected and all objectives are met.
Best Part of My Job: Every family is different which means there is never one right answer. I love working together with the FEG team to create a plan that best serves each family.
Volunteer & Philanthropy: : I am not currently affiliated with any philanthropic organizations, but I was a teacher for 12 years before becoming a financial advisor – 6 years in elementary and 6 years in high school. I also served as the head baseball coach at Knightstown High School for 6 seasons. My time in public education has strengthened my servant heart, and I am looking forward to being involved in other community outreach organizations in the future.
