For more than 10 years at FEG Sarah has been part of the para planning division, responsible for billing, executing and determine the operational budget and implements new changes to technology and processing.
Sarah works in multiple areas and has direct responsibility in back office execution and implementation as it relates to the team, the client data and partner relationships.

Andrew's daily activities encompass managing client assets with CFA Adam Harter, performing trades on more than 50 platforms, monitoring risk management metrics, and updating the firm’s proprietary economic models. Andrew is also involved in article research and writing for the media center.
A key component in the firm’s asset management division, Andrew has everything to do with how “we take care of people who don’t want to worry about their money.”
Cindy Bonwell, Executive Administative Support

Cindy handles the company's accounts payable, handles human resource responsibilities, and maintains Joe's calendar. She also helps keep our systems up-to-date and routes incoming phone calls.
Out of the Office | Volunteering at sporting and charity events with her twin's school; loves to take trips to Florida and Mexico.
Cindy is always laughing and smiling while keeping FEG organized, on schedule and is the first person you'll speak to when calling into our office.

Renee plays an integral role in our back office by creating and monitoring the paperwork for new accounts and maintaining relationships with thrid-party vendors. She diligently processes distribution requests and helps answer the day-to-day questions for clients.

Position on the Team | Organizational Developer
Oversees organizational development for the firm. This means our team members are up to speed on all of our systems and that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. I develop and implement innovate programs and processes. I love to work with and train our valued team members in all divisions.
Megan has a process! When it comes to making sure our clients are taken care of she gets the job done every time.
April Swick, Para-Planner

Out of the Office | Active member of Community Reformed Church, current Elder on Executive board, Youth Group leadership mentor, Chairperson for the Missions Committee, Sr. High Sunday school teacher, Discipleship Development Team, Young Adult Fellowship Coordinator.
Along with spending time with her family, April is an avid gardener, and is dedicated to several community service projects—Backpack program for Earhart Elementary School, Elks Secret Santa project, serving at LUM.

Angi spends her time meeting with clients while assisting the advisors in keeping diligent notes and follow up actions. She is the first point of contact for many of our clients, working with them in opening new accounts and handling many of the requests our clients ask of us.

Position on the Team | Mary produces our weekly Market Carver and Retirement Bodyguard newsletters, makes sure our communications are timely and consistent and helps coordinate our client events. She also works directly with major media outlets to schedule our appearances.
