Day-to-Day | Protects, integrates and manages the client information and oversees the human resources, para-planning division and business financials. For more than 10 years at FEG Sarah has been part of the para-planning division and is responsible for billing, executing and determining the operational budget, and implementing new changes to technology and processing.
Out of the Office | Sarah is a mother and active in her community.

Day-to-Day | Manages client assets alongside Adam Harter, performs trades on more than 25 platforms, monitors risk management metrics, updates the firm’s proprietary economic models, and specializes in technical analysis for holdings within the portfolios.

With over 25 years of experience in the technical field, Ron understands the internal workings of many of our systems and works to be sure they are all working smoothly and kept up-to-date. He is a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Management Information Systems.

Renee Jones, Processing
Position on the Team | Processor
Day-to-Day | Renee plays an integral role in our back office by creating and monitoring the paperwork for new accounts and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors. She diligently processes all service requests and helps answer the day-to-day questions for clients. Renee is a graduate of Anderson University with a degree in Business Management. She also has over 15 years experience as a Processing Manager for a large financial firm.

Cindy Bonwell, Executive Administative Support
Position on the Team | Executive Administrative Support
Day-to-Day | Cindy receives all incoming calls and directs requests to the appropriate team member. She handles the company’s accounts payable, human resource responsibilities, and also helps keep our systems up-to-date. Cindy has experience in sales and has worked in the human resources department of several large companies.
Out of the Office | Volunteering at sporting and charity events with her twin's school; loves to take trips to Florida and Mexico.
Cindy is always laughing and smiling while keeping FEG organized, on schedule and is the first person you'll speak to when calling into our office.
April Swick, Para-Planner
Position on the Team | Senior Para-planner
Day-to-Day | Having been with the firm for over 10 years, April assists the advisors in client appointments and financial planning in our Lafayette office. Balancing her time between appointments, service requests, and any other client needs, April has been able to build strong relationships with many of FEG’s clients, making each feel as if they are part of her own family.
Out of the Office | Active member of Community Reformed Church, current Elder on Executive board, Youth Group leadership mentor, Chairperson for the Missions Committee, Sr. High Sunday school teacher, Discipleship Development Team, Young Adult Fellowship Coordinator.
Along with spending time with her family, April is an avid gardener, and is dedicated to several community service projects—Backpack program for Earhart Elementary School, Elks Secret Santa project, serving at LUM.
Angi Kinser, Para-Planner

Day-to-Day | Angi assists the advisors in client appointments in our Anderson and Indianapolis offices. She is the first point of contact for many of our clients, working with them in opening new accounts and handling many of their requests. She is a Ball State University graduate and has more than 10 years of experience in client services.

Angi is one to the most positive people our firm has come across. There are few things she enjoys more than building relationships and truly learning about not only our clients but members of her community.
Taylor Jenkinson, Para-Planner

Day-to-Day | Taylor assists the advisors in client appointments and helps with client services requests in our Lafayette office. With his Financial Planning and Counseling degree from Purdue, Taylor uses his academic background to work with clients concerning certain financial planning tasks.
Out of the Office | A member of Clear River Church where he serves as a Sunday Morning Coordinator and a Wednesday night Small Group Leader.
Taylor truly has a passion for helping the firm's clients and enjoys developing a deeper understanding of estate planning.

Day-to-Day | Maryproduces the firm’s weekly Market Carver, Elements InFocus, as well as the weekly radio show. It’s her job to makes sure our communications are timely and consistent.
